Minicucci Media Group Looks at Growth Opportunities Across Canadian Media Landscape through New Holding Company Model

TORONTO, March 2, 2026 — Minicucci Media Group (MMG), the team behind successful Canadian owned and operated entities across the DOOH landscape such as UB Media and Canada’s first IRL video platform, UBTV, has officially launched its brand as a stand alone holding company to its subsidiaries. 

This marks one of many exciting recent initiatives from MMG, who has seen a phenomenal growth trajectory with its DOOH division over the last few years, including several milestones with its inaugural business UB Media, the launch of UBTV, strategic acquisitions including KB Media, Fokus, MaxTV, and most recently  Bell Lifestyle and Pattinson Outdoor’s Residential Network. As the demand for Canadian-grown media and technology continues to increase, while at the same time options for new independent partners are limited, this is a significant step for the company to allow for strategic growth across the Canadian media landscape.
